London and New York – July 23, 2026 – V7, the company behind V7 Go, the agentic AI platform for document-heavy financial workflows, and Bipsync, the AI-powered investment workspace for institutional investors, today announced an integration partnership. V7 becomes an official Bipsync integration partner, and V7 Go's AI workflows now connect directly to Bipsync's system of record. Mutual clients of the two companies can turn inbound documents such as pitch decks, meeting transcripts, and deal materials into structured fund records, research documents, and investment committee memos inside Bipsync.
Institutional investment teams at endowments, foundations, pensions, and asset managers run on documents, and most of those documents arrive unstructured. Fund marketing materials land in inboxes. Meetings produce transcripts. Deal flow shows up as teasers and term sheets. Analysts then re-key the relevant details into their research system by hand. Bipsync serves as the system of record where those teams capture, structure, and leverage their collective intelligence; V7 Go supplies the document processing layer that feeds it. The new integration removes that manual step: V7 Go workflows, powered by agentic AI, extract and structure the content, check it against existing Bipsync records, and write the results back into the correct entry, with human review reserved for cases where a match is ambiguous.
Four Workflows, One System of Record
The integration launches with four core workflows:
Fund creation from inbound materials: When a pitch deck or fund marketing document arrives by email, V7 Go extracts the manager name, asset class, strategy, fund size, and key terms, then matches the manager against existing Bipsync records before creating a new fund entry. Exception handling flags near-identical manager names for human review instead of guessing.
Research documents and IC memo generation: V7 Go pulls GP interactions, research notes, and fund performance data from Bipsync, runs comparative analysis against historical deals with configurable lookback windows, and writes finished IC memos, research briefs, and quantitative fields back into the relevant records, with full source citations.
Meeting note processing and structuring: Transcribed meeting recordings are summarized, structured, and tagged, then routed to the correct Bipsync meeting record using calendar metadata. The workflow supports investment committee meetings, manager due diligence meetings, and referral meetings.
Deal flow opportunity population: Incoming decks, teasers, and term sheets become opportunity records in Bipsync, with structured fields populated, asset class and strategy tags applied, and the source documents preserved as attachments.
The workflows draw on V7 Context Graph, which connects fund reports, memos, meeting notes, entities, relationships, and source evidence into a single layer of firm memory. That context is what lets the integration match an inbound manager against existing records, or compare a new opportunity against historical deals, instead of treating every document as if it were the first one the firm has ever seen.
Built for Governed Research Environments
Both platforms are designed for institutions where accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Data processed through the integration is stored in repositories dedicated to each individual client, and access is enabled on a per-client basis rather than switched on globally. Every output produced by a V7 Go workflow is auditable and traceable back to its source document, so research teams and compliance functions can verify how a record, memo, or tag was produced.
Availability
The integration is available to mutual clients of V7 and Bipsync, with access provisioned per client. Bipsync users who want to see the workflows running on their own document flow can book a demo with V7.
