Table of contents

Purpose and scope

This page defines the V7 Go Platform and features that make up the Services under the Agreement. Each entry states what the feature is, not how well it performs.

Generally available (GA): included in the Services for every V7 customer on a plan that includes the applicable feature.

Beta / limited release: offered to named customers, is subject to change, and is not covered by the SLA. Each such item is marked below.

Not listed: not part of the Services, even if it shows up in the product behind a flag.

The specific features available to Customer, the quantity, and any usage limits, are set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Platform overview

V7 Go is a cloud-hosted software platform that uses AI models to read documents and data, carry out multi-step business processes, and return structured, cited results. Customers access V7 Go through a web application, a chat interface, and/or an API/MCP connectors.

The Services fall into four (4) layers:

Automation: Workflows

Product

Definition

Status

Workflow

A configurable table that runs the same AI-driven process on every item added to it. Each row is an Entity, each column is a Property, and each cell is a Field. Previously called an “Agent”.

Generally Available

Entity

One item processed by a Workflow, such as a document, a company or a claim. An Entity has one Field for each Property in its Workflow.

Generally Available

Property

A column in a Workflow that defines one piece of information to capture. A Property is either an input the user supplies, or an output that an AI tool computes from other Properties.

Generally Available

Field

The value of one Property for one Entity: a single cell of a Workflow. A Field can be entered by a user or computed, and links to the sources it was computed from.

Generally Available

AI tool

The model or method a computed Property uses, such as an LLM prompt, OCR, web search or code. Customers choose from the models V7 makes available; V7 may change the list.

Generally Available

View

A saved layout of a Workflow’s Entities and Properties, with its own filters and sort order.

Generally Available

Folder

A container that groups Workflows and sets shared access.

Generally Available

Template

A reusable Workflow structure that can be copied to start a new Workflow.

Generally Available

Review

A step where a person checks, corrects or approves a Field before it is used.

Generally Available

Export

Download of Workflow data, for example as CSV or Excel.

Generally Available

Property types. Text, Number, Date/time, URL, File (document, data file, slideshow), Single select, Multi select, User select, JSON, Reference (a link to another Workflow), Collection (a list of sub-items, each with its own Properties).

Automation: Skills and Triggers

Product

Definition

Status

Skill

A reusable set of instructions or a tool that the Go Agent can load to do a specific kind of task.

Generally Available

Trigger

A rule that starts a Workflow or Playbook automatically: on a schedule, on an incoming email, or on an event in a connected system.

Generally Available (schedule, email); others vary by connector

Knowledge: Hubs, Data Stores and Context Graphs

Product

Definition

Status

Hub

A managed collection of Files, organised in folders, indexed for search and retrieval. The Library is a Hub.

Generally Available

File

A document or data file uploaded to, or synced into, Go. Go extracts text (including by OCR) so AI tools can read and cite it.

Generally Available

Data Store

A structured table of records that Workflows, Playbooks and Apps can read from and write to.

Generally Available

Context Graph

A knowledge layer, one per workspace, that extracts facts, entities and their relationships from a customer’s content, so Chat, Workflows, Playbooks and MCP can query one shared body of context.

Limited release

Interfaces: Chat, Apps, API, MCP and Integrations

Product

Definition

Status

Chat

A conversational interface where a user asks questions about their files and data, and asks the Go Agent to act, with citations to sources.

Generally Available

Go Agent

The AI that carries out Chat requests and Playbooks, using the tools and data the user is allowed to access. It is separate from Workflows, which were previously called Agents.

Generally Available

App

A custom interface built on top of Workflows, Data Stores or a Context Graph for a specific team or use case, with its own roles.

Limited release

API

A programmatic interface that lets customer systems create and run Workflows, add data and read results, using API keys or service accounts.

Generally Available

MCP server (inbound)

A Model Context Protocol endpoint that lets third-party AI assistants, such as Claude and ChatGPT, use Go on a user’s behalf (for example search data, run a Playbook, read its output) under that user’s permissions.

GA; the tools offered are a subset of the API

MCP tools (outbound)

Lets the Go Agent call external MCP servers that the customer connects, as tools inside Chat, Workflows and Playbooks.

Generally Available

Native integrations

Built-in connectors, maintained by V7, to the third-party systems listed in the table below.

Generally Available

Third-party connector layer

Additional connectors provided through a third-party integration service.

Being replaced by native integrations and MCP

Shareable link

A link that gives a named audience access to a specific Go resource, which its creator can revoke.

Generally Available

Native integrations available today

Integration

What it does

Affinity

Reads lists, companies and people; starts a Trigger when list entries change.

Google Drive

Downloads files; starts a Trigger when new files arrive in a drive.

Microsoft Outlook

Starts a Trigger when new email arrives in an inbox.

Microsoft Teams

Reads and sends channel messages and direct messages.

PitchBook

Searches PitchBook and reads company profiles.

SharePoint Online

Downloads files; starts a Trigger when files change in a drive or folder.

Where Customer connects third-party systems to their V7 Go Platform instance, such use is governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon between Customer and the licensor of the applicable third-party system; V7 provides the connection, not the third-party service.

Enterprise: Organizations, Workspaces, Authorized Users and user types

Organization denotes the Customer’s top-level account. It holds one (1) or more Workspaces, each a separate environment with its own content, members, and settings. Access flows down from Workspace to Folder to Workflow. Folders and Workflows may be set to private, enabling only their own respective members to access/see them.

A User is a named person with login credentials. A User Group is a set of Users given access together. A Service Account is a non-human identity used for API access.

Each User holds a role in each Workspace. The role establishes what the User is permitted to do and against which seat type they count. One person counts as one seat across the Organization, at the highest seat type they hold in any Workspace.

Role

What the user can do

Seat type

Owner

Full control of a resource. Given automatically to the user who creates it; admins cannot assign it.

Builder

Admin

Create and delete all resources, and manage access for everyone.

Builder

Editor

Create all resources and invite other users.

Builder

Contributor

Add Entities and update Fields, but not create or change Workflows.

Reviewer

Reviewer

Review Workflow outputs and use Chat, but not create or configure Workflows.

Reviewer

Reader

View resources only. Cannot change data, or create or view Chats.

Reader

Admins can also set roles on a single Folder, Workflow, Hub, or Data Store, within the limit of the user’s Workspace role.

Product

Definition

Status

Single sign-on (SSO)

Login through the customer’s identity provider, with a default role for new users.

Generally Available

Usage reports

Reports of AI usage and token consumption by Workspace, Workflow and Playbook.

Generally Available

Data, hosting and security

Hosting regions

Go is hosted in the US or the EU. Each Organization is assigned to a region, and its content is stored there.

Generally Available (EU, US)

Data residency

A Workspace setting (EU only or US only) that limits AI model calls to provider endpoints verified to process data inside that region. If a model has no verified endpoint in the region, Go refuses the call rather than send it elsewhere. Covered providers: OpenAI (direct and Azure), Anthropic (AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex for EU), and Google (Vertex). Web search (Brave, Perplexity) runs outside the region only if an admin turns that exception on.

Generally Available

Data retention policies

Rules, set per Workspace or Workflow, that delete content automatically after a set period.

Generally Available

Access audit log

A record of role grants, changes and removals.
