A critical area of focus was their deal flow and investment committee (IC) memo generation process, which had historically been handled manually.
The challenge
Miral’s investment team was responsible for processing and preparing a growing number of opportunities for internal review. Each required gathering information from multiple sources, extracting key data points, and structuring them into clear, decision-ready IC materials.
This process was time-intensive and repetitive. Preparing each investment memo manually created a bottleneck, limiting how quickly the team could evaluate opportunities and move through deal flow.
Maintaining consistency across outputs was also a challenge, particularly as volume increased.
The solution
Miral partnered with V7 Go to build a bespoke IM generation agent tailored to their investment workflow.
Using V7 Go, the team developed an AI agent that automatically extracts key data points from incoming opportunities, standardises outputs into a consistent internal structure, and generates investment memos ready for IC review.
A key advantage was the reliability of outputs. The platform delivers over 95% accurate extractions with clickable citations, so the team can confidently rely on the generated analysis downstream.
