A purple pulsing dot signals that a case is processing—typical for actions like knowledge hub searches or multi-entity runs that may take a little longer. A yellow dot highlights unread updates specific to you, automatically clearing once you open the case.
You can now queue multiple actions and return to them when they're ready, making it simple to manage several tasks in parallel without losing track.
