About

relos is a proptech startup designed for real estate professionals. Its mission is to automate the high-stakes, manual processes of property transactions and allow agents and investors to focus on deal-making and client strategy.

With V7 Go being used as the reasoning engine, the relos platform automatically parses complex purchase contracts and transforms them into clear, auditable, and interactive timelines. This ensures faster and more compliant closings for a wide range of properties, from single family homes to condominiums.

Eight months ago, relos partnered with V7 Go to help make their vision possible. We sat down with Zachary Farkas, founder and CEO, to learn more about their journey.

"Prior to V7, people using the software were manually inputting data. Now it’s so much faster because it just reads it for them. On average, it saves our customers 45 minutes to an hour of work, and it’s more accurate."

The challenge

A single purchase contract can trigger requirements from more than nine different stakeholders; agents, customers, banks, home inspectors, pest inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, attorneys and more.

These contracts, reports, and other documents are often long and complex, and they rarely get read closely. As a result, important responsibilities are missed, timelines slip, and stakeholders are left frustrated.

relos saw three key challenges:

  • Manual data entry: Every contract had to be read line by line, with key terms copied into systems by hand. This took up to an hour for each customer.

  • Unreliable timelines: Different stakeholders often worked from different dates, which led to confusion and missed steps.

  • Sharpening their product offering: relos had a solid foundation, but they needed to address the contract problem directly to stand out in the market. Strengthening this core feature would move them from promising to launch-ready.

The team knew that accurate contract intelligence was the foundation for everything else they wanted to build. But doing it manually wasn’t sustainable. They needed a fast and reliable way to unlock the information buried in those documents.

The solution

relos implemented V7 Go’s document automation platform over a 6–8 week build. With it, they automated extraction of critical terms from purchase agreements, including dates, obligations, contingencies, and more. This created a more reliable and auditable workflow.

Key capabilities that made V7 Go a clear choice included:

  • Speed: Timelines and contract details are pulled directly from the originals in seconds.

  • Accuracy: V7 Go’s AI agents consistently deliver 99.5% accurate results, giving the team confidence in every contract.

  • Scalability: Automating contract intelligence gave relos the foundation it needed to launch and grow its product.

  • Developer-friendly setup:  Engineers found the platform straightforward to implement and configure. Any issues were fixed quickly, often before relos even had time to raise them. “I think the engineers really like how easy it is to implement V7… the implementation is user friendly", said Zachary.

The results

In just four months, relos has gone from pilot testing to processing more than 120 transactions, representing over $100M in real estate volume. That growth has come with dramatic savings. Customers who once paid between $300 and $1,000 per transaction coordinator now pay closer to $100, reducing costs by thousands of dollars across multiple deals.

But for relos, speed and cost were only part of the equation. The real breakthrough has been accuracy. With V7 Go’s document automation achieving over 99.5% accuracy, timelines and key terms are now pulled directly from the governing contracts themselves.

This gives agents and clients a single, reliable source of truth, reducing disputes and minimizing compliance risk.

For agents, relos’ end users, the transformation is just as clear. What once required slow, error-prone manual entry now happens instantly.

relos is already expanding how it applies V7 Go across the transaction lifecycle. Next steps include:

  • Citations inside contracts for even more transparency.

  • Automated document rooms for condo and apartment sales, where due diligence requires reviewing hundreds of pages of HOA and meeting records.

  • Scaling intelligence across stakeholders so agents, buyers, and sellers all work from the same accurate source of truth.

With V7 Go powering its core, relos is building a transaction platform designed to handle the complexity of real estate deals at scale.

"If our timelines are inaccurate from what we’ve read out of the contracts with V7 Go, I’ll send the customer 100 bucks. I’ve had three people challenge our timelines, and all three times their manually tracked timelines were wrong, and ours were right."
